While we are not huge fryers, and we use Extra Virgin Olive Oil when possible, we still do fry foods now and again. We truly find solid Crisco frys like no other product, but when we are in a rush or don't want to use the solid stuff the Crisco brand of liquid oil tends to fry very similarly without scorch, temperature differential, burning, smoking or off flavors.
