Some people were griping about why they were in different categories and all that. Ummm...TITLE? That is the theme of the book. Or that the recipes were not easy to find. Really? You never heard of an index before? Turn the book over, skim the back. Done. The best one: some of the recipes were in the wrong season. Oh for the love of.....you guys, its a cookbook. This is not critique of War and Peace; if you don't want to make that recipe because its something you eat in the winter instead of spring.....have at it! Eat it in the winter! That is such a silly thing to post about!
Anyways....the recipes are good, the pics are beautiful and I love this feature the best: Spiral bound!! I hate having to use cups, bowls and rolling pins to keep cook books open while I look at the recipe to add ingredients, only to have it close on me, get it messy with food or whatever was holding it, fall off and lose my page in the middle of adding an ingredient. Some of the recipes I will never cook, like pork recipes or some of the things that I don't like (kale, beans) but aside from that, there are a ton of recipes I can cook and love! For the money, it really is not a bad cookbook even if you don't like all or a quite a bit of the recipes. A few home cooked meals and the book is paid for.
