Crock-Pot 3.5 quart Programmable Digital Casserole Crock
Make-Ahead Meals and Easy Entertaining
After a long day, come home to hot-and-ready meals like creamy chicken casserole, flavorful lasagna, or savory baby-back ribs. Simply add ingredients to the stoneware, secure the lid, and turn the heat to Low or High for slow, thorough cooking. The Casserole Crock makes it easy to enjoy delicious recipes, robust and tantalizing flavors, and effortless meals from the comfort of home.
The Digital Casserole Crock slow cooker also frees up additional cooking space when entertaining, which can be particularly helpful during the holidays when space is limited. Use the conventional oven for the turkey and potatoes, while the Casserole Crock slow cooker takes care of the green bean casserole or other favorite dish.
Travel Friendly--with Locking Lid for Peace of Mind
Whether it's a casual potluck or an elegant buffet, the Casserole Crock slow cooker makes transporting meals a snap. The unit's portable design includes an onboard cord wrap for tidy travel, a gasket lid liner on the inside for a tight seal, and two side clamps that hook from the lid to the base and clamp down, locking the lid in place. No need to worry about spills or sloshing about; now you can breathe easy when taking those turns or heading uphill.
A true performer, the Digital Casserole Crock slow cooker can also be used as a server (no need to dirty a second dish). Simply unlock and remove the lid, plug in the slow cooker, and turn the dial to 'warm' to keep food at a ready-to-serve temperature. The slow cooker also provides large side handles for safe, secure transport from the car to the kitchen or buffet and back again.
For added versatility, you can cook any number of family-favorite recipes in your full-size oven, then transport the stoneware from the oven to the Casserole Crock heating base for safe, easy travel and/or to keep the dish warm once dinner is served.
The Casserole Crock makes family dinners, potlucks and parties easier than ever. Its 9 inches x 13 inches rectangular removable stoneware is the perfect size and shape to prepare everyone's favorite casserole dishes, lasagna, mac & cheese and desserts.

The Crock-Pot Programmable Casserole Crock Slow Cooker makes family dinners, potlucks, parties, and of course, make-ahead meals easier than ever. The fully-programmable control panel and digital timer sets cook time on Low or High temperature, anywhere from 30 minutes up to 20 hours, providing convenience for various recipes. The Casserole Crock's versatility means you can use it to prepare everyone's favorite casserole dishes, desserts, and more on the countertop or in conventional ovens, thanks to its oven-safe stoneware. This makes it easy to cook, warm, and serve, with the flexibility to slow cook and then brown or melt toppings in the oven, or bake first and keep warm in the Casserole Crock. Easily portable, the Casserole Crock uses the Cook & Carry locking lid system for easy transport without spills.
Top customer reviews
The programmable feature allows the cooker to be set to cook at high or low heat in 30 minute increments, starting at 30 minutes and ending at 20 hours (good for brisket, possibly). When the timer reaches zero, the cooker automatically switches to the keep warm setting.
The liner is more than large enough to hold two loins, five diced potatoes, one quartered onion, and six cut carrots in one cup of liquid. Set on high heat for four hours, the meat was at a temperature of 195 degrees Fahrenheit when it switched over to warm and the potatoes and carrots were cooked through.
When sprayed with cooking spray (as is recommended in the user manual) the stoneware liner is simple to clean. The user manual includes a few recipes, and there is also a small booklet from Campbell's soup for a variety of casseroles that can be prepared in the cooker.
This thing is like a casserole dish on steroids. You can assemble your food in the 9x13 dish just like you are about to cook it in your oven. I made a batch of queso dip in this, normally I use my round Hamilton Beach crockpot but it's so deep that only the edges soften up first. With this rectangular shallow design my cheese and chili melted together perfectly without dried and burned spots in it!
I LOVE the very secure rubber gasket on the lid also! You can latch the top down with liquids inside and it's not going anywhere while you travel. I love the timer feature (something my 20 year old cooker lacks) I can't wait to use this at Thanksgiving and during entertaining, it will be perfect on the buffet on WARM to keep food ready to serve!!
it comes with a little Cambell's recipe book as well. Very easy to use this neat Crockpot!
UPDATE: Months later and I still can't believe how much we use this. My husband always grabs this one first if he's using a slow cooker recipe. Sure it's not that deep so you can't cook EVERYTHING in it but what it can do, is amazing. Another bonus I hadn't realized til lately is that the wide and shallow cooker design is perfect for meatballs or meatloaf. The deeper designs often make your meat boil in grease or liquid and this shallow concept actually lets your meats get cooked properly.
Unique color, digital control, sealed lid for traveling and keep foods warm...
From crock to oven for browning and/or melting cheese..... JEEZ - if it works like my other "Crockpot" items, it will be a go-2 for all our casseroles.
As a "Crock-Snob", I can also highly recommend the hamilton beach 3-in-1 - two, four and six qt crocks for one unit. >> http://smile.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-33135-6-Quart-Stainless/dp/B000R8A1OK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1459585400&sr=8-2&keywords=3+in+1+crock <<
Having read many of the reviews, I was prepared for the amount of heat that is emitted. I placed a stainless steel cooling rack beneath the crockpot, which provided protection for my table.
The directions state that there should be 6" between the cooking device and walls and other objects. Due to limited counter space, that proved a bit challenging because of the short electrical cord. I understand the safety feature of a shortened cord, but an extra 6" would have been helpful.
The cranberry color is pleasing, and overall, I find the crockpot to be quite attractive. The locking lid is wonderful, when carrying the (filled) cooker from one spot to another, because I found it to be rather heavy. It was nice to not have to worry about the lid sliding off.
For my debut test run, I did a southern style barbeque chicken and oh my gosh, was it ever delicious and tender! I cooked on 'high' for one hour, and approx. 5 hours on low. This was my first time to use a timer (on a crockpot), and I found it to be quite handy.
I'm looking forward to making braciole, lasagna and many other dishes in this ever-so-easy method of cooking. Slow cooking is such a nice alternative to turning on the oven in the summertime.
Why didn't someone think about this sooner? And I thought for the price, it was a great value.
