We made a meal overnight and shut off the CrockPot in the morning. However, upon returning home at night, it was still on and smoking. This is extremely dangerous! We will probably send this unit back for a refund.

Horrible product and EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Over a year ago we purchased this item and 9 months later, the inside ceramic pot cracked and leaked so much that the outer heating component was trashed. I filed a complaint directly with the manufacturer, “Crock Pot”. They confirmed that it was faulty and that they would send me a new complete replacement unit. It is now 4 months later and I have yet to receive my replacement. Email after email and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHAME ON THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!

Crockpot arrived in good time but I haven’t used it yet. The plastic handle for the lid is cracked. It was well packaged and it appears to have been over tightened during assembly. I made inquiries to rectify the problem but to no avail. I do not wish to return the whole crockpot at my own expense and am hoping the sender will provide me with a new handle.
Otherwise the crockpot is the perfect size and I love the appearance. Will definitely increase the stars if problem is rectified.

I’m very disappointed. The first time using it, I did not see the crack and mad because I ordered this in March, now what do I do with it. The ceramic dish has a crack in it causing the liquid to run out and burn.
