I contacted customer service and they sent a new one.

I was really excited for this puzzle because I love the design. My son loves finding all the animals and learning in what parts of the world they live. Unfortunately, I believe the puzzle I received was damaged, and have noticed some recent reviews referencing the same problem. Did something go wrong in one of their warehouses. All the pieces are warped, so the puzzle does not ‘click’ together or lay flat. I have not had this problem before with the same company. I tried to contact the company to get a replacement, but never heard back. I do like Crocodile Creek puzzles and the concepts within their designs, but this particular case is frustrating. I would happily give a 5-star review if their customer service could switch out the puzzle for one that is not warped.

This is a super awesome puzzle. Bought it for my 3.5 year old and with help to start off she was able to complete this. It's a floor sized puzzle and the picture quality is great. The figures are too cute. It's educational. She loves puzzles and now that she's 4, she has tons of this brand. I've pulled it out myself and done it when the kids are in bed as something to do while I watch Netflix, um sorry Amazon Prime Video. They make high quality, good kids puzzles

The only issue is that very shirtly after being in the box the large pieces warp and bend, which make then difficult to place together. Its very frustrating as ever piece she puts together causes most of the puzzle to break apart.

We got the puzzle in today and the kids loved it. They're 4&5 by the way, so they definitely needed help, but were actively in assembling it. It's a very good quality- the picture is well done, the pieces fit well with no shredding on edges like some cheaper puzzles. The stand up animals are a nice touch and the kids loved placing them on the map afterwards. They were immediately ready to dig into the Europe version by Crocodile Creek I ordered along with this one. Five stars. Would definitely recommend.
