You deserve better.

The green color is horrid looking. It's more of a yellow wax bean color than that 'retro' avocado or olive green I expected.
Other than aesthetics, this machine isn't that great. The sound is poor. If you have heard how great vinyl sounds and this is your first or only experience, you are seriously doing your ears an injustice.
The weight the needle puts down on your records is fairly heavy-- even though the arm itself is cheap plastic-- this can lead to records being ruined. The needle had a tendency to bounce around when playing my LP's. Some people said that's because the arm wasn't long enough or positioned correctly... I don't know, it just didn't work well.
If you don't have a record player and are looking for something that looks cool and just functions well enough to play junked up records you found at the Salvation Army, this will do the trick, BUT you can find something better for about the same price. Do yourself a favor and research for a better player. I bought this because I wanted a small player for my office/computer room. After playing with this for a few hours, I boxed it back up and returned it.
I'm not an audiophile, but I do know what 'good' is supposed to sound like. This isn't it.
