    Installed this in my Rog ally Z1e and I’m blown away at the speed of this little drive. Great performance and was really easy to install and I have way more memory than stock now since I have one of the allys with the micro sd slots that doesn’t function unfortunately. Definitely recommend this thing!

I also used the Ally’s cloud recovery for ease of transition, so I’d recommend you do a fresh backup of your system just prior to installing this. The quality is solid, and it fit perfectly into the slot. The Ally also seems to run even faster and run the games better than before. I highly recommend if you’re a gamer!

      Got the bottom of the line 64gb Steam Deck and upgraded it to 1gb using this. Install was pretty easy, way faster read/write speeds than the 64 emmc was, holds a lot of games. Valve has instructions on how to reinstall Steam OS after swapping out the ssd.

      I didn’t benchmark this. I’ll leave that to the performance-obsessed folks who have more time on their hands than I do. But subjectively, there’s no perceptible difference between this and the smaller unit it replaced. It’s not really 1 TB, of course. The only way you get that is to buy a 2 TB one, because all the drives try to mislead you. No other complaints, though.

      I just installed it. It runs fine. CrystalDiskMark got 6850MB/s read | 6000MB/s write speeds, which beats the theoretical max of the stock Micron 2400 512GB that was installed. Its max is supposed to be 4500MB/s read and write. The Crucial SSD has a 5 year warranty with 440TB written for the 2TB.

      * I cloned the drive using Easeus Todo Backup bootable with the Crucial SSD in an enclosure.
      * I installed the new drive in the laptop and booted to Windows repair.
      * I booted from Easeus Partition Master to fix the boot record, probably should have just cloned using Partition Master. Get the trial and create a bootable ISO and write that to a flash drive.
      * I opened Disk Manager and expanded the drive to fill the space after the Windows partition. It is worth noting that I did wipe all partitions and reinstall Windows as soon as I got the laptop. Dell partitions are not laid out this way. You will have to use a tool like Partition Master to expand and move around partitions to make use of additional storage (not this isn't ad it's just what I use).
      * After fixing the boot process it booted up normally. I ran CrystalDiskMark and got the speeds above.
