I used DRAM CALCULATOR and tweaked the timing tighter to 16-16-16-36 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) on 1.3V and these are the best performing DRAM modules I have ever owned - HANDS DOWN.
They are at least as good (if not better) than Samsung B-die and are high quality Micron released in week 20 of 2020 and can keep up with any Ryzen 7/9 on any X470/X570/B550/B450 platform.
Temps stay really low. Great quality heat sinks, and Crucial has an app that will turn on any color of the rainbow. I use their app to turn off the RGB completely (which is what you will need to install if you want to turn off the RGB). I did not use the RGB. It come on pulsating by default.
This is the most reliable DDR4 3600 DRAM you can get for the price as of Fall/2020. The reason it is out of stock all the time is because it does exactly what it says it will do and is rock steady DRAM at the advertised speeds. Very easy to O/C this dram, but recommend at least the X470/X570/B550 VRMs for O/C.
FAST! on the Ryzen 3700X @ 4.3Ghz

Turning on my computer, I POSTed and went right to my desktop. Nice! Default RGB is a rainbow wave that looks pretty cool. Quite bright and vibrant but not overly so, just perfect imo. LED's are spread out nicely. I decided to change the RGB's using MSI's MysticLight software. No issues there, settings worked perfectly and stayed after reboot.
To get the speed advertised I booted into the bios and enabled my XMP profile (using an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max MOBO, for reference). I went to POST with no issues and it ran 3200MHz CL16 timings, as advertised. Did some MemTest64 for about 15 minutes, zero errors👍
Happy with the timings and speed but still curious I decided to do some manual overclocking. This essentially consists of going beyond the advertised speeds by adjusting frequency and tightening the timings in the BIOS manually instead of using a default XMP profile. Wow, I was impressed. For reference here, I am using a Ryzen 5 3600.
These sticks of RAM are Micron E-die, known to have great overclocking potential and be of excellent bin quality (its good silicon). With this processor and my aforementioned mobo, I was able to actually achieve 3600MHz and CL15 timings and speed 100% stable! This is with only 1.39V as well. Quite impressive IMO! Zero errors on the MemTest again. Insane value considering the premium price of comparable 3600 MHz sticks (usually coming with worse timings too). Im confident with more voltage I could even achieve CL14 stable, but im quite happy with this.
I've included a picture of the RAM in my system and my current timings/frequency. In the CPU-Z picture, note that because it's DDR RAM (double data rate) we multiply that figure by two to get 3600MHz.
With this overclocking potential and the beauty of the RGB and design, this RAM is an unbelievable value and a 10/10 choice. Whether you are a plug and play type or an overclocker, I highly encourage you to purchase this. Fast RAM for a gaming rig or any kind of productivity with a great price. Great product Crucial!
PS: Sorry my pictures aren't properly aligned!

Likes:
This Micron memory is extremely friendly to Ryzen cpu
I love the low profile heatsink that includes RBG...they are the same height as Ballistix non-rbg memory.
I've just been running the RBG in asynchronous mode so far but I like it that way and the colors are sharp and not muted or muddled; they look really good.
32GB for 2 sticks of 16 GB each.
Dislikes:
??? Nothing so far.
Other:
Amazon lost the first package so it was never delivered. It was supposed to be a 1 day delivery. The second order was two days and that's fine, at least it got here.
I can't say enough about these Micron modules. I had 16GB DDR4 36000 Trident Z modules that would not run this speed on my system at all. I am shocked that the Ballistix are able to do so. My limitation right now is the motherboard, but I'd love to upgrade the MB and see how far I could overclock these babies. Your mileage may vary, but for me and my Ryzen system, this memory is the best!

PREMESSA:

Amazing value RAM and worked amazing straight out of the box with XMP on 3200 Mhz. Since then I've been able to overclock it mildly to @3600 CL16-18-18-36 @1.38v in my new PC build consisting:
-X570 MSI MPG GAMING PRO WI-FI (latest bios v1.6)
-AMD Ryzen 7 3700x (@4425 Mhz all cores @1.3625v stable)
-PSU - HX1000 80+ platinum
-GPU - 5700XT XFX THICK III Ultra
-256gb NMVE boot drive + 1000 GB 2.5ssd + 2000 GB 3.5 HDD
-64 GB RAM @3200 ??!!??!! (@3600 with new Crucial one)
My original RAm purchase was Corsair Vengeance LPX 2kits of 2x16@3200, BUT I've never been able to achieve this, neither with XMP on or manual play with the timings. The maximum speed that I've achieved was 2800. I've tried everything suggested on all manufacturing website from MSI and Corsair and still nothing. I've been forced to replace my RAM so after a short research I've ordered Crucial Ballistix 2x 2x16GB @3200 and worked amazing straight out of the box with XMP on. Since then I've been able to overclock it mildly to @3600 CL16-18-18-36 @1.38v
Obviously there is a BLINK to it, I mean RGB witch is quite bright and is working good enough on my MB, but TBH I've bought the RGB version just to have it but just tried it and never used it. Not because isn't good, but because I'm not RGB person (prefer nice and clean build).
Hopefully, this is helpful for anyone! Stay Safe!

This is one of Crucial's newest releases for DDR4 RAM, being under a year old. It uses Micron's E-Die DRAM chips, which are one of the highest quality available (like Samsung B-Die) and which also hold the world record for RAM overclocking. So this is great for both casual plug-and-play users, as well as those who are looking to overclock.
I highly recommend this set for anyone looking to get Ryzen-compatible RAM with excellent RGB effects!

little update: just looked on taiphoon burner and it states this is micron E-Die, just in case anyone was wondering.
Quick update. Im just new to overclocking, but i tryed a bit today using Thaiphoon Burner and Ryzens Dram calculator, (I have a Ryzen 5 3600x) and i have it clocked at 14 14 18 14 32 and its running fine and was easy to do. I could probably go higher in frequency but imm happy with it at 3600 for the time being.
Hope this helps someone :)

The price of this ram is nuts, prolly because its white, and to be fair I was pretty nervous about it, but for the money I was like, yolo.
It actually looks more silver when fitted. Which actually makes it tie in with my motherboard and my corsair aio cover.
RBG Wise the software worked perfect, monitors temps etc, the colours are super bright, the effects are actually really good to be honest. The amount of stock effects and customisation is pretty huts considering. I've tried a few rbg rams, including corsair, and I'd say even though it is yet another app, it's by far one of the best rbg apps I've tried, entirely blows RGB Fusion out the water, easily on par or better than icue.
Performance wise, these kits actually booted (my motherboard didn't detect a change in ram for some reason) and booted up at 3733mhz at c15 and 14/15 timings... These replaced a 16GB 4400 kit so although a BSOD I was pretty amazed.
It's running C16 16 16 16 32 atm, at 3733mhz with 1.35v which is nuts. I've not fiddled with the ram yet so timings could be even better.
I'm very very shocked and pleasantly surprised. Couldn't help but recommend these to any AMD user. (I'm on a 3700x with an auros elite x570).
