The history of Crumpler originates in the world of bike messengers and their messenger bags. However, since 1995 the Crumpler collection of bags has greatly expanded. The range includes professional camera bags, laptop and technology bags, backpacks, casual bags and luggage. But despite the evolution in style and use that Crumpler bags have undergone, the principles behind the original pattern have basically remained the same — creativity, innovation, a willingness to experiment, a big dose of humor and products that are built to last a lifetime.

High-quality craftsmanship

Simply put, Crumpler products are well made. All Crumpler products are crafted by hand, beginning as a sketch on paper and then turned into design patterns-all before any piece of fabric is employed. For example, all Million Dollar Home and Extravaganza camera bags feature removable, configurable brushed-padded nylon dividers that accommodate a variety of lens sizes and other camera gear and allow you to customize your bag for your set-up. The Million Dollar Home bags also come with velcro silencer flaps that can be placed over velcro fasteners to keep unwanted noise out of your photo shoot. Our Haven camera bags feature a fully configurable main compartment with two velcro-mounting slim-line dividers. And all Crumpler camera bags come with a variety of pockets, leaving you prepared to easily store and access your cables, memory cards, lens caps and other camera gear. If your Crumpler bag fails as a result of defective materials or workmanship under normal use while you: a) draw breath and b) remain the bag's owner, we'll repair or replace the part(s) in question — no questions asked. You'll just have to mail your bag to a Crumpler HQ, postage paid, together with your proof of purchase and a short note to explain the problem. We'll make it right and send it back to you ASAP.
