Charlotte had a crush on me for years.
She’s all grown up now and wants to lose her v-card.
I can’t resist her sweet lips and curves.
We were together, behind her brother’s back.
When he found out, I thought I lost her.
I got her back, but now something else has come between us.
Something I never planned, but always wanted.
The pain of losing her again is crushing me.
I need to make Charlotte mine forever.
*** A steamy STANDALONE contemporary romance with a smoking hot hero. No cliffhanger, no cheating and a guaranteed happily-ever-after. ***

This is a great story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.
I voluntarily read and reviewed this book for Bad Boy Update.
Quick review... Charlotte and her brother Marshall lost their parents when they were young. They went to live with their uncle who didn't care about them. Marshall basically stepped up and raised Charlotte even though he was only a teenager. They have a very close relationship, but Marshall is OVER THE TOP protective of his sister. She's 20 years old and he doesn't let her go out with friends alone...EVER. He controls her every move.
Marshall's best friend Ford moved away for 4 years to advance his career. He comes back home when a position opens up that is perfect for him. When he meets Charlotte again he's amazed by the woman she's grown in to. Fast forward a bit... they flirt, they kiss, they end up secretly dating. They date in secret because Charlotte is too afraid of her controlling finding out about her relationship with Ford. Fast forward to Marshall finding out, blowing his lid, Charlotte and Ford missing a couple of days together, Ford and Marshall talk it out and all is good in the world again. Fast forward a bit more and the happy couple is living in bliss until a one-night stand of Ford's shows up with a baby that is HIS. Charlotte flips, leaves Ford. Baby Momma only wants money and when Ford won't fork it over, she leaves the baby with him. Charlotte is out of the picture for about a week, then swoops in and takes on the roll of being mom and fast forward yet again to them living happily ever after.
OKAY....now let's get to how I really felt about the book.
-I disliked Marshall so much. While I sort of understood why he was the way he was, she was his only family left. I though his actions were closer to a controlling husband than a brother. He was too much. He wouldn't even let her go out with her best friend without him being there.
-Charlotte NEVER confronted her brother about being controlling until he flipped about her dating Ford and then it was pretty much the biggest let down of a confrontation EVER.
-The resolve between Ford and Marshall was pretty anti-climatic. Actually, it was boring.
-Charlotte had no backbone. None. Zero. Zilch.
-The sex scenes... eh.
-The whole baby drama. Yeah, I could have done without that WHOLE ordeal. It was pointless.
-I hated seeing Charlotte go from how she was acting about the baby (being hurt, depressed, mad) that Ford had a baby with another woman to swooping in and becoming that baby's mom in no time. It was just weird. I don't know how else to explain it. The whole part with the baby was just over-the-top. It was unnecessary and just added nonsense.
Okay, there are two best friends (Marshall and Ford), who have known each other since high school. Both are enjoying their newly found job positions in life. Charlotte is the sister of Marshall, who used to work at a cafe and did some amazing art work on the drinks that she had been serving to the customers. However, that was not where her heart was. She had a love and passion for baking and she was also an artist at that as well. She had a very supportive best friend (Jackie).
It really bothered me that Charlotte’s brother was super overly protective of his sister, to the point where she could not enjoy her life. She couldn’t even go out by herself or with her best friend, without him tagging along. He basically ruled her life!
Life had many twists and turns for Ford and Charlotte. Only time would tell if their relationships would endure the fiery tests. I really loved the last few chapters.
**”I received this ARC from Bad Boy Update for my honest review".

OMG I thought Ford was beautiful but how adorable was Charlotte. I so loved these two together. I really did think Ford may have got a paternity test to make sure but nevertheless Emma would be loved so much it really made no difference. She was their Daughter no doubt about it.
Fairytales do come true when you wait.
Well done again Lulu.
