I purchased this cookbook to replace one that had been lost. Cucina Viansa is the best Italian cookbook I have ever had in my kitchen. I have had the privilege of visiting the Viansa Winery several times and have been a member of their Wine Club.
You will not regret using this cookbook. Vicky Sebastiani is a wonderful lady and a wonderful cook.
