Really a nice cookware set! I have the Cuisinart Copper and the Cuisinart Chef Classics. Both are great! Cool grip handles while cooking. Easy cleanup especially with metal sponge for hard to clean spots. You will need to get a copper cleaner to polish the copper set once a month. As is with all copper cookware, you will need to polish to get it to shine, just like you would have to with stainless steel shine.

I dont think this is a good buy. It tarnished on my first use. One of the pots started to tarnish before I ever used it. I added a picture of it. I didnt use it until after 30 days later because i was moving. Therefore, I cannot get my money back. Don't waste $300 on this mess.
