It’s a great product and amazing value for the price, but DON’T BUY IT IF YOU CAN’T FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
- only low to medium heat
- no metal utensils
- no stacking
- hand washing only with a soft sponge
- need to cool down before washing
- no cooking spray and olive oil (vegetable oils and butter are ok)
Yes, this is kind of a lot and my husband’s first reaction to this list was “then why did you buy these?????”
BUT!!! It’s totally worth it! They’re beautifully designed, high quality pots and pans. Everything cooks very evenly and doesn’t burn at all. They’re super easy to clean and don’t need soaking or scrubbing.

Upon using my new set of ceramic cookware, I immediately noticed that the 8 inch skillet would tip over when sitting on the stove. Apparently the skillet's bottom is warped. After submitting a claim to Cuisinart, I have received little satisfaction. Twice, a computer-like e-mail has been sent to me stating that the skillet in question is out of stock. They have offered me a Nonstick Hard Anodized Skillet in its place. I really enjoy using the other members of the cookware set. The skillet offered, other than the size, doesn't even remotely compare to the characteristics of the set. Apparently, they do not have any CeramicaXT in stock. Hence, if anything goes wrong with the set, there is no ceramic cookware to support the warranty. Very disappointing.

These pans are of the LOWEST QUALITY DO NOT BUY!!! BUY FROM A COMPETITOR. Did the mistake of relying on cuisinart, go for greenpan or another brand instead. Everything sticks have had them 30 days and it is a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Cuisinart if you are reading this I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Worst customer service too, DO NOT BUY
