I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about. I’ve had this pot since Oct 2015. I have used it to stir fry over extremely high heat on a Viking gas fire stove top for these 5 years. It has never warped. Hardly a scratch. And still non-stick. I am very please with it. And I am buying another one so that I can stir fry two dishes at one time.

Solid construction with high-quality materials. Seems very durable. Convenient size that can be used for a wide variety of dishes. I've used it on high-heat burners with no issues. It's remained non-stick since I got this a few months ago.

Only downside is that the lid doesn't fit very securely, so it's not great for cooking things like rice where you want to trap in the steam. A quick-fix for this problem is to put a thick, clean, rubber band around the part of the lid that sticks in the pan.

After some research I decided to augment my Rachel Ray cookware set with a 4 qt pot, and this was about the only one in that size I could find. It's well made, medium duty and the right size. But it has a design flaw in that it only has one handle. The handle is long and thin, difficult to grasp, and lifting the pot is awkward, even half full. They should have added a silicone cover to the handle, and a second handle on the opposite side for easier lifting. So, 3 stars. And word to the wise, when shopping for pots this size and larger, look for 2 handles.
