What i loved about this pan is that its not flimsy or thin. Its super heavy duty stuff, yet easy on hands.
The handle is made of solid stainless steel which stay cool on the stovetop. I have been using this forever, and never had any issues with handle getting loose.
Since there is no plastic part, the pan is over safe too.
The first one i bought, i made mistake of using steel utensils on it. I would recommend using wooden or silicon utensils on it, if you want to keep it in good health.
There are many pics available for this pan on internet. So, adding pics for reference. Hope it will help.
You can not go wrong with this pan. Highly recommended!!

Update: Dec 2nd 2015
I contacted Cuisinart customer service regarding this. I have sending mails back and forth. Nothing positive so far. They want me to ship the damaged product or will evaluate the photos that I sent if they are to send a replacement. How can I ship a glass lid that has broken into hundreds of pieces. Ridiculous. I have solid evidence to what happened to the pan just 20 days after I bought the pan. Very bad customer service.
The anodized pot is excellent, so easy to use, not much in the way of oil or butter is needed to sauté, nothing sticks. I use a wooden tool, not aluminum, to stir, sauté, and mix the ingredients. Easy to slide out into a bowl or flush, and the best part is the ease of watching up. I hand wash all of my pots because it is so easy to clean, and it us better for the pots and pans, I have read. The steel handles stay cool all the time. The glass lid is break resistant. You can put this in the oven up to 500 degrees F, so from stovetop to oven.
I am planning on making a roast beef in this pan, and the ease of use and clean up us the deciding factor.
Highly Recommended. prisrob 12-23-14
The nonstick properties are quite good even after two months of regular use, and the size is perfect for large curries and similar dishes where constant stirring gets the food all over the stove. It's easy to clean with a bristle brush. No issues with warping, staining or delamination.
I don't like the handle very much as it is almost impossible to carry the pan with one hand. The handle is very thin and the pan rotates. This is not a problem because the pan is too heavy to use with one hand for most people, and a larger handle would make it even heavier. The second handle allows for very stable maneuvering.
for making breakfast. I've used it to cook bacon, pancakes, French toast. It's also good for grilled sandwiches.
