Happy to use metal utensils

Decent weight balance, still a little too heavy of handle for the pan, but has minimal risk of falling over when empty

Pan has decent metal thickness, slightly closer to too thin than perfect, but amazing for the price

A good $30 pan to last maybe a year

I purchased this in June for $30. Is it worth $30? Yes, but not $50.

Con:
The first time I was melting/caramelizing sugar to make some candy scratched up the pan with many many tiny shallow scratches. After I was done, you could clearly see the tiny scratches all over the pan. About one month ago, it started to lose the nonstick factor (so about month 4-5), even when I added oil to fry an egg it still stuck. Heat distribution is poor because it's a thin pan. Scratches on the pan have grown, and the scratches are from the food like bones.

Pros: it heats up quickly. First 4-5 months or so it was very nonstick, I mean my eggs slid around. Perfect size for cooking, and its really easy to clean.

This is my favorite pan of all time. I love how deep it is--you can fix ANYTHING in this pan! As for scratches? Don't use metal or wood utensils, SHEESH. Use silicone or something that won't scratch it all up. I've used mine to death for a year, no scratches. And ONLY HAND WASH, never put this baby in the dishwasher. Unless you like destroying a $65 pan! Get this pan, you'll love it.
