It's a nice roaster. The design of the rack is good. The handles are sturdy and match other Cuisinart cookware. I'm taking a couple points off because Amazon's description calls this roaster induction-ready, THIS ROASTER IS NOT INDUCTION READY. it is made from non-magnetic stainless and will not get get hot on the stovetop, for making gravy and such. You can get an All-Clad roaster that will do that, but for a lot more money. Amazon, please fix this listing.

I love this roasting pan for the following reasons:

1. Keeps what you are roasting high enough out of the bottom that it allows the food to bake underneath (not "boil" in the juices).
2. Clean up was easy--I was worried because it wasn't "non-stick".
3. This is well built--it's sturdy and will definitely last for years!
4. It's large enough for a huge turkey and I can use large foil to tent my food.

I wish I would have found this years ago!

This pan is not really suitable for use on the stovetop. The design of the bottom makes it impossible to sear anything as all the oil falls into the rigdes around the outer edge and the pan is so thin that any heat above low causes the whole pan to buckle loudly. Very glad I did not purchase for the original list price.

This product arrived damaged. Other people had also said this was an issue with this product and I should have listened.

The metal is thinner than I would have expected and I think this was part of the problem.

This will make cleaning much harder as things will tend to stick where the damage has occurred and will continue to occur because of the inferior construction and material.

I expected much more from this company.

Terrible experience and I would not buy again.

bought this for $30 for the thanksgiving week deal! OMG this pan is worth the money. Every year I end up buying a new walmart pan or world market pan (each ~$10-$15) and I regret it every year. The pans pop in the oven, I blast my turkey on high heat and it really effs up my pans. Then I make gravy at the end in the pan and I just keep thinking....I wonder what is coming off of these pans and going into the gravy.... Anyways, this year blasting the turkey on high heat was no problem at all, I didn't experience any popping of this beautiful pan. The gravy I made was AMAZING. Still no popping over direct flame. It didn't stain. It didn't stick (surprisingly with stainless). After the meal I slide this pan with the turkey into the fridge for 3 days, without washing it. And after I finally picked the turkey, I clean this bad boy. There was ZERO spots left on the pan, ZERO scratches. This pan is amazing. I cooked a 24 lb Turkey for 20 people and having this pan will reduce my mass "where the %@#* do I buy my pan this year!!!!????" anxiety.

It's a good pan overall, but it's rather overpriced. I'm worried that the rack won't last, as it bends a bit when I put a heavy bird in it. I like how the handles are high enough to provide a stable grip even when there is something large and heavy in it on the rack. The fact that it's all not non-stick is great! Makes it last longer, and makes for amazing pan drippings with nice browning. The handles seem to be attached well. The pan itself is made from thin metal, which is why this is getting 4/5 instead of 5/5.

When I bought this I thought the length of the pan was 16" from handle to handle. Turns out its more like 20" handle to handle. The 16" was from the inner edge to inner edge. It did not fit my oven, and as a result I had to return it. Product seems like it's high quality though.
