I love the set. A tip I would love to share in terms of using and cleaning. I would recommend you always butter or olive oil before use just to make clean easier. Also, for cleaning use vinegar to bring that beautiful stainless steel shine back. I promise it won’t disappoint. My husband always questioned why I buy vinegar but it has so many uses in the house (laundry, cleaning catch pans, cleaning in general, floors). Anywho, i used it and bang, shine right back it was gorgeous and you don’t need a lot at all. I would definitely recommend and I would absolutely buy again. Make sure to register your product on the warranty card. It doesn’t cost anything to do this and this company stands by their products.
I hope my review helped. I chose the 11- piece mainly because I didn’t absolutely need the 13- piece, it was a little more expensive, I already had a strained, and I didn’t need the extra 2 pieces ( I think the second piece was an additional cover ). All in all I love and recommend.

Really enjoying this pan set. Originally went with the 13- piece but I’m glad I went with this one. The main difference between the two is, the 13 comes with a strainer for the stock pot, and the 11 comes with a steamer. I chose the steamer since I have 3 strainers from previous purchases. Cons:
I used the sauce pan for the steamer only once to steam sweet potatoes and immediately noticed brown spots in the pan interior at bottom. Looks like rust and very concern if true. See photos attached and share if you have the same issue?
The glass lids are very fragile so have to be very gentle. During heating I can hear cracking sound. Same condition for all lids.
Inside-rim of lids have small gap that causes water and moisture to accumulate. Gap is too small and not easily cleaned. Overtime I anticipate grease and grim will build up. Future lid designs should eliminate this gap to allow thorough cleaning with ease. Use quality material too.

I have spent so much time online, reading reviews, comparing brands, searching for the most high performance cost ratio stainless steel pans set, and here we are! I bought this 11 piece set and after a week of use on every single one of them, here I have some reviews which hope will be helpful: 1. The pans and pots are really beautiful, you can tell they are very good quality; 2. The handles don’t get hot, but the lids are; 3. The sauce pans are not sticking, I do use the mercury method which works perfectly, but I did tried more than 10 times on frying eggs on the sauté pan, so far I succeed once, lol! But it’s so easy to clean! In general, I do love the set, and I think there are times it will stick, but I would just try to work it better, it is the first time I have used stainless steel pans, so I’m sure with time I’ll get there 😄
