I love this pan! I have a vintage roaster that is not as large as the new ones. The rack that lifts the pans out is quite sturdy (takes up more space than new ones). Therefore, a regular 9x13 with a lip won't fit well. This pan fits with ample room. It is very easy to clean, I made a standing rib roast in it, it came out looking like new, with no scrubbing. The weight is much more substantial than I expected. And with higher sides than my current 9x13, I won't spill as easily. I may break down and replace all of my vintage bakeware with this brand,

I was shocked at how much this pan weighs!!
It is obviously sturdy and it has a good nonstick finish. I made a “dump cake” and I had to be careful getting it out of the oven because the combination of the cake and the pan made it so heavy I was afraid I’d drop it. It does cook well and it is easy to clean but you must use utensils that won’t scratch the finish. This pan will last a lot longer than the cheap pans I’ve had before but if you are older or frail I would recommend a lighter pan!
