    I make my cake often and I need a pan that can keep up, I still sprayed baking spray because it's drilled in lol. And after my cake was done, the middle piece slid right out. My grandmother's I use to always have to tap with butter knife to get lose lol, and then when I took cake off inner tube I usually need to scrape off bottom. Today it slid off with a little Crack to my cake, but I can live with that 😀. We'll see if I get same results the 2nd time, challenge accepted ❤️😍.

    Classic springform, mechanism works great, no leaks, cheesecake came out great. Half the price of buying in the store, and it's Cuisinart quality. A little finicky to reassemble, and use caution slicing, as metal will score the bottom. Otherwise, couldn't be more pleased.
