So the initial wash of them is a bit of a pain, as the blade covers are made to be snug. So understandable.

The knives themselves are super sharp. Actually ended up cutting off the ends of my cleaning brush.

I’ve not used them all as of yet, but they sure do make me happy seeing their colourful selves in my drawer. In addition to knowing I have a sharp knife when I need one.

切れ味は、そこそこなので、料理苦手な私にはちょうど良い切れ味です。
