I purchased the disc storage container to go with it and am very happy with the addition of this to the set. Can't recommend this food processor enough - you won't be disappointed.
DVD part 1 Mostly discussing the parts of the processor.
DVD part 2 contains all recipes but it does show that they use blades for specific things, so that's helpful. For instance, I assumed you use the shredder blade for coleslaw. He used the slicing blade and texture was more stringy - which is what I like. Overall, great info!
I can't say anything about this unit's performance because I returned it unused after seeing the pusher design. I did like how heavy the unit is and the paddle design for the power and pulse buttons.
I just wish I had found this unit in a local store because I wouldn't have ordered it after looking it over.
Everything arrived on time, packaged just fine. I don't have anything to compare too but everything seemed fine to me. I washed all the non-motorized parts. Had my lovely man go to the store and purchase what I needed to make gazpacho. I chop up my veggies. Assemble the processor, tried to dice a bell pepper and the thing won't turn on.
Just in case I'm a goober had man try and nothing.
Is there some trick I don't know about?
