The TOB-200 is quite a bit taller than this item even though it is almost exactly the same width and depth, if you are height restricted then you should probably opt for this item.
Well, I did end up replacing my TOB-165 with the newer TOB-195 by donating it to my Mother. The oven is old and ugly by virtue of its use and abuse, but still cooks as well as it did the first day, back in 2003. The TOB-195 functions exactly like the older TOB-165, except that the interior seems a tad bit larger. Still somewhat perplexed that the unit has no power shut off capability at the end of the cooking cycle, but other than that, it is a rock solid unit that cooks quick and with perfection.
It's easy to clean and works great. I use it every day and only use my regular oven for large items.
I highly recommend this high quality product to anyone looking for an attractive, dependable toaster oven.
I will say that the unit and front/handle in particular does get very hot. I solved this issue by using an ove glove. The tray does slide out from the back I suppose because the way the front is made. While it is somewhat of a pain I found that it cleans up very wll.
Not sure why the plug is not grounded would have thought it was considering the power it pulls. I cannot comment on how fast it heats up, never timed either oven but it seems to get hot quickly. I suppose that this oven is not for a large family as the size of pans are limited but for a smaller family not needing large quantities this should suffice.
I generally agree with the comments of others on this site and will not reiterate most of them. I emphasize the criticism that one has to be careful opening the door - if you grab it from the top, there is a danger of burning the back of your hand. You can avoid this risk by holding the door from below. Also, the LCD display is hard to read; I wish there would be a backlight - the additional cost and power consumption would be negligible and the effect on convenience to use great.
I think these criticisms are minor, and do not warrant removal of even 'half a star' - so I rate this oven a 5.
