Compared to other products of the same type (and by that I don't include panini presses) available on amazon in the USA this product is better than several I have seen and ordered only to be annoyed at what was delivered. However compared to other versions I have found doing research that are available in the UK and Australia, this product is vastly inferior. It also does not compare well with similar versions of the product that were available even a decade ago on amazon. On the whole dissapointed.
