Pros:
1. Comes preseasoned hence you do not need to put much effort seasoning it, but remember to use oil generously for the first time when you use it.
2. After use Put the hot pan under running hot tap water and wipe it off with a cloth. No need to use detergent.
3. Heat distribution is even and good but once gets hot, turn knob to minimum
4. I almost cook everything that goes on a griddle. It’s study
Cons:
1. The silicon handle won’t protect your hand as I got burnt twice and had to use mittens to handle the heated griddle.

I was so excited for this purchase since I already have the combo cooker from the same brand and it has been my go to piece for making Sourdough bread. But I opened my box and the edge was broken into pieces. I could not believe a cast iron broke. It seems really thin in the middle part of the pan. Filed a return. Im so disappointed. Looks like I will have to buy the other more expensive brand.

Worst product. Received it on Thursday and Opened the box and washed it Friday Morning to use it on Friday evening and as soon as I took it had rust on it. Pictures attached. Will not recommend this product.
