Steel meet wood design. Precision cut. MultipurposeCulina® Pizza Cutter cuts uniform slices in one quick rocking motion. Traditional knives pull the pizza apart, slice unevenly; roller wheel cutters tend to “smoosh” the crust, trap and drag cheese, sauce and toppings off the pizza.
Avoid the frustration, get Culina® rocking cutter: its heavy duty design (3" large at the curve) adds a touch of rugged yet stylish appeal to your kitchen décor all the while boasting a performance to rip through a deep dish pizza crust.
Not just pizzas: cut soap bars or sandwiches, chop herbs, produce, meat or mince garlic and nuts! Scoop ingredients up thanks to the large blade surface.
Heavy duty, stainless steel construction. Built to last
Don't be fooled by the aesthetics, Culina® Pizza Cutter boasts a full frame, 3" stainless steel sheet with a thick, wooden structure at the top to form a reliable, non-slip, comfortable grip handle. Rigid enough to withstand the firm pressure, it provides heft and balance to push down effortlessly on the food. Many with arthritis have raved about its extreme ease of use.
The sturdy, ultra sharp tapered blade ensures a clean, uniform cut with full efficiency every time. Its size spans the length of the pizza and only requires a no-strain, easy rock movement to get the slicing done! Mess-free! Engineered for heavy duty use, it won’t bend, warp or dull easily on you. A tough-built for longevity and great value.

I purchased this to use at a pizza party I threw for my birthday, and it performed admirably!
This particular style of pizza cutter is really nice, as you can slice your pizzas evenly, while avoiding moving all the toppings around and off the pizza. I'd definitely recommend trying one if all you've ever used is a wheel cutter all your life. It doubles as a great quesadilla and other baked goods cutter, though it can occasionally be a bit more unwieldy than a wheel cutter for those purposes, especially if you're cutting on a plate.
The handle is made of a nice simple hardwood. Not particularly beautiful, but solid and nice feeling in the hand, with a nice simple grain pattern. The edge comes fairly dull out of the box, though it's sharp enough to be effective. I ran a knife sharpener over mine a few times, just to add a little edge for cutting. Most of the work is done by the mass of the tool however, so it doesn't need to be razor sharp.
Overall it seems very solid, and has turned out to be worth the purchase. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to augment their pizza making toolbox.
I would have preferred a 15" or 16" cutter because I my pizzas sometimes are a little longer than 14 inches, but that's rarely a problem.
Overall this is a good cutter that doesn't break the bank.
I always wanted one if these. It is a generous size. I have used it a few times and there really is a learning curve to it. You have to rock and back quickly to get it to cut. I think I have it down better than the first time I have used it.
Only con would be it takes up a lot of storage space. I have not had it long but for the price, I am happy with it.
