almost magical properties of the supplement curcumin. Found in the spice turmeric, curcumin is the "medicine" that contains the rhizomes The author is Indian......where those who grew up in his culture, eating their traditional Indian diet, rich in turmeric, the cancer rate is low. Far far lower
than in the US. Dr. Ajay Goel has spent more than 20 years researching the most effective natural means of combatting cancer and other chronic diseases, specifically using curcumin.
When I first started reading the book, I wondered if this researcher was paid to write this book, to promote the specific type of curcumin he recommends...Many books like this are written to single out a product that requires validation behind it. And generally because there ARE
many types of curcumin that proclaim their patented formula is the best, or the most absorbed or cross the blood brain barrier. I'm still not sure about these type of differences but this IS a very interesting and informative book, written by a man who seems to know this subject well. And I was highly
convinced that what he was saying had his research behind it.
probably think that even if my suspicions are correct, it's rather irrelevant to me as far as the quality of information that has been shared in this
It is well written and very Informative.....Hopefully, Dr. Ajay Goel will have another helpful
book on cancer soon....
