I liked how the author organized the content and the list in the beginning that summed up each tip. Just in the “summed up” section I learned some beneficial information.
The author tells us how he was hit by a truck (literally). That hit and run accident was one of several incidents over the years that caused him significant back pain. He makes his experiences into learning experiences and I liked that approach.
He repeatedly states that he is not a medical doctor. I think he is an excellent teacher though as he meticulously walks us through information about sciatica, great illustrations and a wealth of other information. This is definitely not a slapped together book.
I liked the author’s writing style. I felt he was very sincere in trying to help people suffering with back pain.
I definitely recommend this book if you or a loved one has back pain.
Personally, I suggest buying it before the back pain occurs as you may learn some things to prevent the back pain from happening
in the first place.
It's a good humor book thinking it's talking of pain, nice to read. I liked his different approach and his mechanical physics explanations. Although I would say that explanations for many other ideas are lacking especially compared with the long part for too many suggested devices taking into account how short the book is.
Radiated leg ankle feet pain so. common in sciatica is almost never mentioned mostly he talks about back pain
You have to give it time and put the things you learn to use
in order to see the results.
