I have completed p90x, p90x3, Insanity, and a little Jillian Michaels. While this does not have the corny jokes of Tony, the crew behind Sean, and the "get-in-your-face" of Jillian, but the results are just as good, if not better. All the workouts at 20 minutes from start to finish but you only take breaks for about 30 seconds total. You will sweat, ache, and love it. When we did insanity and P90X, we almost always worked out late at night and would shower and go straight to bed. It was good, but not flexible. I love that I can do this almost at any part of the day due to being 20 min.
The production value is not has high as a BeachBody products but it is good and not distracting. Curtis feels like he is your personal trainer and a guy who could be your friend. He is real, not a superstar you can't relate to.
He also includes a menu guide which is very helpful if you want to lose weight and look good.
For me, I love the 20 minute workout and I am much more likely to put in this DVD rather than a 60 minute DVD, so it works for me. I have gotten much stronger and feel better as a result of Bootcamp FX.
If you want a 60+ minute workout with high production, this may not be it. But if you want a real good workout, with good production, with real people, for real people to do in 20 minutes, you need to get this.
Plus, if you turn in before and after pictures, he will send you a free Bootcamp FX t shirt. I haven't done it yet, but I will soon.
