I've been in Customer Service for over 20 years reading this book gave me more ideas and educated me more about customer service and gave me more ideas when serving the public! Read this book if you need ideas in keeping your customers and creative ideas on how build relationships with your clients!

I'm a big fan of books that seem to be backed up by facts and studies. This one just seems like a bunch of anecdotes. I don't trust anecdotes, it's as simple as that.
