If you are a small business owner or will ever search online for a plumber, locksmith, or any service based company, you should definitely protect yourself by reading this book.
Bryan presented an excellent TEDx talk where he encapsulated his knowledge into 18 minutes, but the talk does not even scratch the surface of the problem.
Spend the time to read and STUDY this book.
The material is good, informative, and I wish there was a way to make this required reading for every consumer.
