Having read the glowing reviews, I was very excited. I spent all day loading games & software. Finally tonight, I open World of Warcraft fix my settings at Ultra and find myself sea sick from the lag. This PC was animating the game at 9 fps. I tried several remedies, but even on "High" settings the best I could do was 22 fps. I have a fine monitor, great gaming keyboard & mouse all devoted to the concept of SPEED, this computer could not be considered a "Gaming" computer by any reasonable definition.
I will be returning it at some cost to myself since I have already installed Microsoft Office on it. UGH!!! Do not waste your money.
*** Again, per the comment below, I want to affirm that I called CybertronPC this morning (I should have done that first before blasting them in a review and spoke with Blake A. It turns out that the tech problem was an owner/operator issue. I had plugged my monitor cord into the wrong port. After making the needed adjustment, my new computer is AMAZING.
I offered to expunge the negative review but thought maybe that leaving it would illustrate what an amazing turn around was created by capable, and courteous customer service. My problem is 100% resolved. And I have gone from totally bummed to HAPPY!!!

Based on your initial review and follow-up comment, we believe the issue is which video port(s) your monitor(s) are connected to.
The motherboard used in this system has video ports use to access the Intel HD series graphics that are part of the processor. If your monitor(s) are connected to the video ports near the top of the system, among the USB, sound and other ports, they would be connected to the Intel HD graphics.
In addition to the video ports described above, in the lower half of the system, below the audio ports, there should be another 2 sets of video ports - they are for the dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti video cards.
To utilize the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti cards, you will want to use the set of ports closest, yet below, the audio jacks. As the cards are in an SLI configuration, they will work in conjunction to render images, with the top card performing the output to your monitor(s).
