This book doesn't beat around the bush boring you with too much information. It explains quickly and clearly how to improve your health by instituting the Dash Diet.
Things like how to calculate your BMI are explained so that you can quickly calculate it yourself. The 10 tips for getting started are a perfect way to get you to quit procrastinating. The 7-day Workout plan is easy to follow and easy for anyone to start. The explanations of food make sense and I love the recipe section because you don't have to get creative, you can start the diet right away with recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Really makes starting the Dash Diet easy. Thumbs up!
The recipes included in the back are amazing as well! They're easy and delicious--perfect for people who want a quick bite to eat in a busy day, or are trying to prepare a nice and healthy meal at night. The diet allows for a lot of variety, and it's easy to see that anyone would be able to benefit from sticking to this regimen. There's a planning guide at the end of the book to help people get started as well.
