This book has great recipes. My son and I made the double chocolate breakfast cookies and chia seed protein rolls. Both are excellent. We also made an adapted version of the beef and black bean spaghetti squash recipe this afternoon. That was delicious too.
I especially liked the variety of recipes and the explanation of the overall goal of the diet. They gave me ideas of things I can make that aren't in the book.
Great book that I really liked and I copied some of the recipes onto 3 x 5 notecards for my recipe file.
