There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later.
Also, a lot of effort is required to figure out exactly what to eat on the plan and how to plan meals. Pages and pages of text about the dash diet feel like filler to me, a rehash of the author's other books, and are not particularly useful.
I would appreciate a simpler book with less text and more recipes.
However, I recommend that you do not buy this book if you are looking for a cookbook, which I was.
Happy reading & best of luck.
