    I’ve been using this battery bank for about 20 days now, well, I do rather call it charge station instead, and it is a great purchase for me.     It is heavy but looks well-built. I was also impressed by how fast it arrived after ordering—Amazon’s delivery was spot on as usual.
    So far, I haven’t run into any issues, and it does exactly what I need it to do. If anything changes, I’ll update my review, but for now, I’m really happy with it.

    The media could not be loaded.
    It just turns itself on, anything on the Qi charger wakes it up. So it will lose a few % SOC every day unless it's left face up with nothing around. I'm hoping mine is defective in some way, I have contacted Denvix support. If it just had an off switch it would be perfect, the info in the display is great and the capacity and charging rates are awesome... just let me turn it off!

    Feb-5-2025, Response from Denvix support: "Our PowerX has a sensitive magnetic system to ensure secure wireless charging. However, this system can sometimes be activated unintentionally if it comes near metallic or magnetic objects. For example, even a finger close to the power bank can trigger the system, as it can detect small changes in the magnetic field. To minimize unintended activation, we recommend storing the power bank in the included soft fabric bag. This provides a slight barrier that can help reduce accidental triggering. Additionally, keeping it in a separate compartment and away from metallic or electronic items—such as keys, coins, or other devices—can further minimize sensitivity."

    Feb-11-2025: I have updated my rating from 3 to 4 starts for the great communication and customer support. Even after my initial message to customer support, Denvix continued to reach out to make sure I was happy with the product. Ultimately, the PowerX is very close to perfect. I hope to see a future version with additional features for power users like an option to disable wireless or power off the device completely.
