I used MD Forte III for years. I used it because it helped with acne & oily skin without irritating my skin. Many years before that I did start with MD II. I don't use these products for wrinkles. I was sad & scared when MD Forte was discontinued, but read in one forum that this was very similar or literally is the new product being marketed by the same company. I was skeptical, but it was much cheaper than trawling the 'net for leftover $70-$130 of leftover bottles of the old stuff. I was almost willing to do this because it had taken so long to find MD Forte in the first place, I'd been through horrors with other products that even damaged my skin in my attempts to simply keep it clean.

I gave Wrinkle Revenge III a try (although the name had embarrassed me).
I said a prayer that maybe it would work even better.

I am here to tell you that if you need a replacement for MD Forte III as I did...this is the stuff: It works!

It does not irritate my sensitive skin. My skin feels cleaner afterward.
It is not "weaker" in strength than MD Forte III. <3
And perhaps because it is a better formula or the ingredients are fresher, I think it may be working better.

For those who need this info, it can mildly "burn", but it is VERY MILD (to me) and I took that as a sign that they weren't lying to the acids claimed to be contained. I have willingly "burned" my skin with chemical peels and other products, so this doesn't phase or upset me at all. I have been lied to so much, that I was happy to feel that actually.

Wrinkle Revenge 3 is a marvelous, highly exfoliating cleanser that is gentle, yet highly effective. It's an elegant, pearlized cream that is applied to dry skin, massaged in, then rinsed. Skin is left feeling like silk, and so refreshed. I like Wrinkle Revenge 3 (20% glycolic acid) in the summertime when my skin is oiliest and my pores are most irritating, and Wrinkle Revenge 2 (15% glycolic acid) during cooler months, when my skin may be drier. If you like VIVITÉ exfoliating cleanser (15% glycolic),or Glyderm, or NeoStrata, you may like Dermadoctor's Wrinkle Revenge Cleansers and Dermadoctor's Litmus Test Glycolic Foaming Cleanser even better, and possibly find the Dermadoctor regimen to be overall less expensive. I cleanse in the morning with Wrinkle Revenge, then apply sunscreen SPF30 PA+++, and makeup. In the evening, I cleanse with Wrinkle Revengle, and follow washing with an application of Poetry in Lotion 1% retinol serum. The only other product I may add is an eye balm, usually during certain times of the year. Wrinkle Revenge Cleanser is the perfect cleanser in an efficient, effective, reasonably-priced skin care regimen.

I was turned on to Wrinkle Revenge 2 at a store because they didn't carry the product I was looking for. I'm so thankful that I bought Wrinkle Revenge 2, because it was amazing. I've been using it for about 6 months, so I was looking for something with a little extra oomph. Purchased Wrinkle Revenge 3 and have been so pleased! I also did a chemical peel, and used this the next day, with just a little stinging. This stuff is great and I'll continue to get from Amazon.

I hate to be the first one to write a bad review about this product, but unfortunately, it just did not work for me.

First, I have to say, I have oily skin that's prone to break outs. I have them all over my face, chest and back, and although they are not that bad, the acne is quite stubborn. It usually takes weeks before I see any changes in my skin's health when I change my skin cleaning routine.

So after reading all the positive reviews, and doing some extensive research, I bought a bottle of Dermadoctor's Wrinkle Revenge 3 cleanser 7 ounces on the German Amazon (since I currently live in Germany). I was happy with the initial results, but after a week, I noticed my stubborn acne had not gone away. My skin did look better, but my acne was still noticeable.

My skin cleansing routine consisted of the following: 1) First, I would wash my face with salycic acid thoroughly for a few minutes, then 2) wash with Dermadoctor's Wrinkle Revenge 3 cleanser (and let it sit for at least 5 minutes before washing off), then 3) tone with astringent high in percentage of salycic acid, and lastly 4) treat with benzoyl peroxide.

I have cleansed my entire face and chest twice a day for the past 2 weeks and still don't see a dramatic difference.

Perhaps I am forgetting to do something or I am doing something wrong, but so far, this product unfortunately did not 'wow' me. I will continue to use it (as it does help a little) but I probably will not purchase it again. I hope my recommendation helps anyone who is unsure about this product. If it helps, I'm in my early 20s with oily, acne-prone, resistant skin. Also, if anyone has any recommendations concerning this, please comment below. Thanks
