Update: I did find a method of fixing the broken swivel heads. I cut off a Lamp threaded tube(1/8 NPT?) and screwed it into the head. On the handle side, I put a nylon washer, a spring, and 2 lamp tube nuts. It no longer has the stop to avoid turning all around and twisting the wires, but it works.
My other option was to glue the head on solid, which would not be adjustable.
The light beam has plenty of brightness for my purposes, and overall the quality seems good. The grip is the same plastic clamshell that all my other DeWalt tools use, so it's plenty sturdy for a light. I'll endorse it for it's quality, but the engineering leaves me wanting to ask, "What were you thinking?"

I use this to drain the Dewalt power tool batteries of their memory charge. Works great for that purpose. Read morePublished 2 months ago by Ahoro Blethends
great quality, wish the LED bulb was standard and not an additional option. Who uses incandescent bulbs in 2016?Published 3 months ago by Edward Lawrence
