I like this tape measure. I have a very old Craftsman, that I continue to use, but bought this one for the ease of reading the numbers. This tape wider than my old Craftsman. Also a bit heavier. But the ability to easily see the numbers is a good trade off for me. Just like Craftsman tools of old, I have never been disappointed with DeWalt tools.

So far it’s a decent tape measure it gets the job done and it’s easy to read. I only have a few small issues with it. The stiffness of the tape sometimes makes it hard to mark along walls, the end tends to get caught up under drywall when marking for flood cuts and it can be pretty hard to pull it back out. Also the button on mine tends to pop out to the halfway point after locking it down. Not a bad purchase but not spectacular either. It gets the job done.
