Okay, I’ve had a lot of promises made in the past, by products, treatments and acutane. I don’t like to get too excited by things anymore because I know the emotional impact the disappointment has on me when something doesn’t work. Acne as a thirty year old isn’t just humiliating it’s life changing. I could cry looking at the before pictures of my acne remembering the pain and discomfort, you can even see the inflammation under the skin. When I started taking DIM it was because of a YouTube doctor who said it helps flush estrogen from your liver and if you have hormonal acne this could be a root cause. Nothing left to lose I picked these up and... well the pictures speak for themselves. This is 3 weeks of consistent use, I am even nervous writing this review because I don’t want to wake up if this is some lovely dream. If like me, you have nothing left to lose and everything to gain give these a go. So far I have not been disappointed.
