Rejecting the commercial formulas made by Nestle's I decided to make my own food. Using a high speed blender really helped me make this transition so much easier. I'm also not a big fan of prescribed medication.
I decided to go with this book because it allows me to make Magnesium Rich nuts and seeds into milk, which I use as a base for my smoothies.
There's not a day goes by that I don't use the recipes she offers on a daily basis.
