Chocolate Peanut Butter - need I say more!!! <love>
1. I think there is a significant typo in the recipe for chocolate peanut butter spread, the first recipe I made--and the ingredients for these recipes are expensive.
2. Also, I was really looking for more recipes for what to do with the pulp. That's really why I bought it and the variety is a little lacking in that area. That is the biggest disappointment, but I'm still not sorry I bought the book. I think it is well worth the price for the creative nut butter recipes.
3. In the intro the author seems to go out of her way not to mention the reasons to avoid dairy, just saying that there's no reason to limit ourselves to animal milks when nut milks can also be had. It just seemed forced in a book about nut milks and butters. I'll leave it at that.
