The grammar in this book is non-standard and at times confusing. Many instructions are confusing, as if they were translated improperly from another language. "Make a blend" -- Does that mean blend it in a blender, or just stir it up by hand? Some recipes are very unclear, such as "a scoop" or "a box", instead of a weight or volume measurement. Some recipes give a baking time, but not a temperature. Some others give a temperature, but not a time.
Suggestions for the reader: in the US, coconut flour can be found in Asian and African/Caribbean grocery stores. You can also take dry shredded coconut and run it through a coffee/spice grinder to make flour/powder.
Same with oat flour/powder: take rolled oats, regular or "quick" and run it through an electric coffee/spice grinder to make flour/powder out of it. The grinders, with the spinning blades, are only $15. You can also make rice flour that way, either from white rice or whole brown rice.
I don't know why Amazon is flooded with free Kindle cookbooks. But they seem to be written by non-native English speakers, or improperly translated from a foreign language. But that's not the only problem here. Both the ingredient lists and the instructions are confusing and incomplete, regardless of what the source language was.
I do appreciate the fact that the Kindle edition was free, so I'm giving it one star. If you had to pay for it...no stars.
This book is a two in one with the second half being about skin care. Again, this section is also pretty well written and for the most part, is primarily focused on women and cosmetics be it cleaning them off or the usage of organic/plant based. While I didn't mind reading it and of course some of the skin care methods described could certainly be used for men as well, I think it would be helpful to have also provided methods for both sexes.
It first gives all of you the important data you have to know with regards to protein bars, and afterward takes after with some yummy formulas. These formulas are incredible on the off chance that you work extend periods of time and you require additional vitality or on the off chance that you have children. The no-heat ones are my top pick! It likewise contains those formulas which helps to misfortune extra weight. Every one of the formulas are given by simple and possible direction. I might want to suggest this book in light of the fact that that book is exceptionally powerful and supportive.
