Dual-Bands Heating Ultrasonic Cleaners

DK SONIC dual-bands series includes 10 units of different sizes which can be used to clean not only small stuffs, like jewelries, but also big stuffs, like carburetors etc, and is characterized by simple, user-friendly operation. Based on the FULLWAVE (40KHz) and SEMIWAVE (28KHz) cleaning modes, all ultrasonic cleaners do better in clean stuffs with complex-shaped surface or blind holes than single-frequency ultrasonic cleaners. Besides, heating function is beneficial to remove oil and wax.

Fullwave(40KHz) for Cleaning Blind Holes Under the same ultrasonic intensity, 40KHz ultrasonic wave can create more cavitation quantity, and do much better in penetration, than ultrasonic wave close to 20KHz. So 40KHz ultrasonic wave does well in cleaning stuffs with complex-shaped surface or blind holes. Especially, 40KHz ultrasonic wave causes much lower noise than ultrasonic waves close to 20KHz.	Semiwave(28KHz) for gross rinse of simple surfaces SEMIWAVE mode is the semiwave mode of 40KHz ultrasonic wave, however, it can also be identified by an oscilloscope as 28KHz. Its penetration performance is not as good as 40KHz, but it does well in cleaning stuffs with simple-shaped surfaces. Especially, SEMIWAVE ultrasonic wave causes much lower noise than single-frequency 28KHz or 40KHz ultrasonic wave.	Heating Function to Remove Oil and Wax Heating can decrease the adhesive strength of oil and wax to certain stuffs to be cleaned, make the cleaning solution much easiler to create cavitations under ultrasonic wave and strengthen cavitation so as to increase the cavitation level of cleaning solution, and then enhance the cleaning effect. Note: the best cavitation temperature of water is 60 degrees celsius.	Degas Mode for removing ultrasonic fatigue DEGAS mode is an intermittent cleaning mode to remove residual bubbles(no cavitation nucleus) which can increase the loss of ultrasonic transmission and decrease the blast strength of cavitations in the cleaning solution. So it is a cleaning mode for removing ultrasonic fatigue to improve cleaning effect.

We bought this item after watching a video of someone using these to create an herbal extraction.
We bought the 3L model that has 2 transducers. It worked exteremly well to make herbal tinctures using water.
I have been using acohol to make tinctures for many years. This is so much easier and faster.
It takes 20 minutes to do what usually takes weeks or months using alcohol.

As far as durability is concerned I have been using it for only a month but am confident that it will last.

This product came ready to use and was easy to set up. I was unfamiliar with the Ultrasonic cleaner. It is intuitive and easy to use. I wish there were more instructions on how to use it that included the types of liquids and cleaning solutions to use on different items to be cleaned and an explanation of the heat ranges and functions like full wave vs. variable settings. Overall a good value for the money, but I will need to do more research to get a fuller understanding on how to best use the unit.

Great ultrasonic cleaner. Works well with 41khz and 28khz functions. The 41khz gets into tiny crevices and the 28khz does a wonderful job blasting away oils and lotions from jewelry leaving them like new.

As with all ultrasonic cleaners, the heater is slow but does work, just be patient ir start with hot water (not boiling) off stove.

Warning, this product has NO WARRANTY. I tried to use the DK-300S for the third time today, and the ultrasonic unit does not operate. All of lights on the unit illuminate when it is plugged in, but the ultrasonic unit does not turn on when any of the wave selector buttons are pressed. I have owned the unit for 93 days and the unit is outside of Amazon’s 30 day return window. Bezos got richer off my purchase, while I got poorer. Time to stop using Amazon.

This product is worked great. I got it because I saw a video where a scientist shows how you could extract shikimic acid form star anise and fennel seeds which is said to be able to prevent the spike protein from binding to our Ace2 receptors in order to protect myself i decided to give this a try.

Man oh man did my extraction go well. I used 10g of ground organic star anise ground in a coffee maker with 1 liter of distilled water. I let it soak 20 min then ran a full spectrum cycled for 40 min with 60c of heat. I filtered and what came out was i believe the secret to literally making your own medicine.

i took a shoot each with my family and my dad told me 20 min later it was like he ate a full meal. That sasy to me this stuff is so dense with whole molecules that you are receiving large of amounts of nutrients and vitamins.

I highly recommend this device is you if believe in supporting your health and taking charge and NOT letting talking heads on TV tell you what going to make you health cuz i dont think they have your best interest at heart. But its your choice. You need to be comfortable with looking up formules and finding recipes and even patents which show you how to extract health and powerful medicine from plants.

i used the 3L version in this photo but i plan to get the larger version so make more batches.

My only complaint was lid handle which looked like it was soldered on in a rush with burn marks. its just an aesthetic issue so not a big deal at all otherwise the machine is beautiful.
