The first thing I made was a stuffed chicken breast which came out so freaking awesome!
We have cooked all types of meats in it and they have been coming out fantastic!
There is a small learning curve larger machine requires small differences between cook time and temperature.
I been using YouTube to learn new recipes Cooking with Kirby has an entire Playlist devoted to air frying.

My Favourite Kitchen Hardware

I love this air fryer. Very easy to use with digital panel. My mom use it to cook meat and veggies almost every day. She also use it to fry Tofu, sweet potatoes and mushrooms. My favorite dishes is the lamb. It tastes as good as we cook it with the pan. The oil comes out from the fat and the meat smells delicious. Since we do not add any oil to the lamb, it’s much more healthier. Chicken wings are good too. For food Like veggies that doesn’t contain any oil from its own, I would say it taste better if you spray a thin layer of oil to the bottom of the fryer bowl or on the food. It’s my own opinion as I feel it too dry to fry veggies without oil. Over all, this air fryer does amazing job!
