I love my dash but the green light showing it’s reached the optimal internal temperature never comes on. We still use it for waffling but wish it worked properly. We have allowed more than enough time for it to reach the correct temp. Would give it five stars if the light worked properly.

I like this waffle maker. Was happily suprised the manual was laid out so nice. Clear, concise directions and a few recipes for different types of waffles. I made the egg and hash brown waffle and they were the bomb! I sprayed plates with Pam so nothing stuck. I noticed the red light always stays on. The iron is ready when the green light *also* turns on. Too bad the outside is made of hard plastic. Also, it doesn’t store upright like lots of new models do. You must store it flat so it takes up gobs of cabinet space. Lastly, there is no notch in plug to hook to cord when not in use. You’ll need to wind the cord round the cord keeper and tuck plug under cord to keep it from flopping all around. Over all, I’m happy though!
