This waffle machine is easy to use and cooks up perfect batches of waffles in mere minutes! In particular, this waffle machine took 4 minutes to cook up each crispy batch of waffles! I was able to make 3 batches in under 15 minutes... that's 12 waffles in under 15 minutes!
The machine is pretty thin and sleek, so storing is convenient. The waffles kept their moisture and remained fresh and tasty. They browned very nicely. My only con for this, is the lack of ease of cleaning... while it is easy to wipe down, not being able to submerge the machine in water makes cleaning it a bit tricky. But overall, that will not stop me from making a fresh batch of waffles each weekend moving forward!

The burners are not removable so it is not as easy to clean as I'd like. My previous waffle maker had removable plates making it far easier to clean and I could even put them in the dishwasher. The lid falls open up when I'm putting it away in the cupboard where I store it - A simple clip at the handle would stop this problem. There is no storage for the plug either so it always comes unwound when bending over trying to put it away. There is no adjustment for heat so you're out of luck if something takes longer to cook. Even when using spray oil, from the second waffle on they tend to stick. Using a silicone spatula will let you remove them mostly in one piece. Trying to lift up an edge with a fork will just split the waffle.

The good news about it is that it makes good waffles if you leave them in the maker for a minute of two after the light comes on to tell you your waffle is ready when the waffle isn't ready. The overflow channels work well and keep the mess off the counter. However, my wife likes the waffle sticks it makes so I usually at least partially fill them. Fill them too much and you're back to the overflow problem, so don't. It was available in red, which my wife likes. The size of the 4 waffles is good enough that they can be split for two people to eat while more are cooking. My previous waffle maker was round and wasn't enough to split for two people, so that's a plus.

We make wheat and dairy free waffles in it with no issues. Waffles are ready in 5 minutes, 6 if you like them very crispy. Love that the waffles are square (maximizing the waffle size), and that it makes 4 waffles at once (minimizing fights over who gets one first). Clean up is easy too, just wipe with a wet cloth. I do find that a very light spray of oil on the bottom tray helps release the waffle more easily. I would definitely buy this again, although it seems so sturdy that I am sure it will last us many years to come.
