The chair is pretty comfy and when reclined all the way I could see myself actually falling asleep in it very easily.
Also the quality was something I was worried about because of a YouTuber's rant. My chair came with a fairly noticeable indent/dimple just under the wings on the left side of the chair while the other was fine. Now, I know not everything can be perfect but seeing my father's work on car upholstery, I know this is what should be considered a defect and corrected BEFORE shipping to anyone.
I won't be returning it because the cost of shipping back, the effort of dissambling it and the fact that there weren't maybe options besides DXRacer for a chair in this price range with this quality and aesthetics besides Levl (which I don't see too many reviews or anyone talking about them but can't buy on Amazon) and Maxnomic (Which slightly more popular but can't buy on Amazon).
The pillow is really comfortable to lean the chair-back back and lay your head on it to watch streams/tournaments.
The only thing I will say is if you are 220+ then maybe you should consider the ones made for big boys (the M or U Series chairs I think). Because I am about 205-215 and 6'2" and I am wondering if I should have got a bigger one. Still very comfortable, just a thought.
It is a heavy box, I mean really heavy. The actual pieces are also heavy and so it took about 5 minutes to get everything out of the box.
The set up itself only took about 20 minutes, but it took about 10 to figure out that the instructions were rubbish and to just wing it. I did have a 10 year old help me and she did all of the bottom roller bit. She put in the wheels and put on the little covers.
What I really like is that all the bolts are already in the seat and so you just take them out, put it into place, and screw them back in.
So I gave it a four because of the rubbish instructions, but I would have given it a 5 because this is actually a seat. I work on classic cars and so I have torn apart many a seat and it has the metal hooks on the bottom and the same padding used for cars. I was actually really impressed by the quality from first glance. The seams are tight, the hooks on the bottom are tight and so the overall seat is tight and won't sag or buckle under use.
I am not a small woman, I am not a large woman, I have a hip size of about 42 and I fit okay in the chair. I am only 5'6" and so the shoulder bits rub a little on my shoulders, but with the cushion attached it isn't as bad.
