Definitely feeling less mental fog, more focused & able to handle the challenges I'm facing. I am mentally and semi-physically energized, even without more sleep or altering my medications or delving deeper into my health issues and diagnosis.
I have also noticed less pain from inflammation in my joints, which results in my having to take less Naproxen (Aleve) throughout the day to alleviate the pain. This is an amazing thing, and such a relief for someone who lives in near constant pain.
I have not been taking it long enough to know if it will boost my immune system this flu/cold season, but I'm definitely paying attention!
Dislikes: slightly off-putting smell. If you're not used to the fact that most supplements have a not so great smell to them, well, here's your warning. They do have a slight smell. They're as easy to swallow as any other capsule of the same type, which I struggle with in general, but if you don't, that won't be an issue. If you swallow them quickly, they don't leave a bad aftertaste, I take them with my morning protein shake and I'm good to go.
I'll continue taking it for sure, the only downside is I'm not sure if this particular brand is worth the significant price increase over some of the other brands, which is why I'm only giving it four stars. Is it truly better? Do you get what you pay for, or are you "paying for the name"? They claim to have high quality ingredients, but I don't know enough about that to know the difference, nor have I tested other brands yet.
I'll probably check out a few different brands and compare to see (purchased this one during a discount sale), then hopefully come back and update this review one way or the other.

I've only been taking it a week, but it definitely seems to be helping. I feel less fatigued & can focus better, even though I'm definitely NOT getting more sleep, as my 16 month old is teething.
