Better cushion than a lot of other slippers, but the best part about them is that they do not fall off my feet: they snuggle my feet, like a glove for my feet; with that said, the elastic on top of the shoe is slightly too tight, I am hoping with more wear that it will give a little, then a 5 stars rating will be in order.

Socks necessary

These slippers are adequately warm, and fit nicely, BUT, they are a bit scratchy on the inside. Some of the inside pieces have corners (positioned below and in front of the ankle bones), and are quite stiff. In addition, the back part that wraps around the achilles tendon area is kind of rough too, and has left a tender spot on my ankles. There's no problem if I wear socks, but if I don't, they tend to chafe a bit. May not be a problem for you, but I like to wear my slippers without socks, so I'll probably be looking for a different pair soon.

The seller contacted me and apologized for the discomfort I described. They offered to send a different model pair of slippers, and I agreed. The new pair, under the description, "DREAM PAIRS Men's Memory Foam Cozy Coral Velvet Lining House Shoes Anti-slip Sole Indoor Outdoor Moccasin Slippers with Soft Cotton Upper," arrived this morning. They fit very well, and there are no scratchy bits in them. They are very soft, and quite warm. They are exactly what I was shopping for. Great slippers - if you don't have tile floors

I am so sick of slippers that are uncomfortable, too hot, or hard to clean. Due to working from home, I wear slippers around the house more than anything and I needed something that was waterproof, could go outside if need be, easy to slip on and off, and most importantly, able to be cleaned easily. These are awesome for all these things! Super comfy, easy to wipe off most spills, etc. However, I started noticing that they would 'stick' to the tile floors in our master bathroom when standing for any length of time (brushing my teeth and what not.) They would leave behind little bits of black pieces from the soles which were annoying to clean up. But we have tile elsewhere and wasn't having that problem so I figured it was either the type of tile or due to residual moisture from showers (or whatever.) Then I did a load of laundry, standing in the laundry room with tile floors while folding clothes - and looked down. There they were, little pieces of black from the soles - less than the bathroom but still there. So I went around our house and stood in different spots: carpet? fine. hardwood floors? fine. travertine tile in bathrooms? black specks. porcelain tile in entrance way? black specks. laminate flooring? some black specks but not as bad. ceramic tile in hallway? black specks.
Overall a great shoe! Not sure what the sole is made from that is different than any of my other shoes or slippers I've owned before as I've never had this problem before. I really want to keep using them as they are the most comfortable but I can't keep taking them on/off depending on what I'm doing where, nor do I want to keep cleaning up little bits of black plastic off tile.
So, if you don't have tile floors or are just going to use these for quick moments around the house - get them! You won't regret it. But if you have a lot of tile, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Bought these to have a comfortable pair of shoes to wear around the house. They fit well and the padding on the bottom felt nice, but the top part is extremely uncomfortable and chafes like crazy. Returning and looking for a better option.
