The documentation on how to adjust this board is in one of the product pictures. To adjust constant current mode, first you have to set the desired voltage using the voltage pot and measure the voltage with a multimeter. Then, turn the current pot all the way to the minimum, then connect the output terminals to the multimeter in current mode with no other load. Then you can slowly adjust the current pot. I set mine to pump 2.3 amps through 3 LEDs in series (~10 volts), and it started to get warm to the touch, though not uncomfortably.
As always make sure you read the spec sheet to get the right pots when ding adjustments, and to put the power on the right side.
Well documented, simple electronic device. But it saves work and reliably powers LEDs with the constant current you should be using. No resistors, no solder, no trouble. A good product.
