1.If the module can not be adjusted, the output voltage is always equal to the input voltage." When you encounter this problem, please counterclockwise rotation of the potentiometer 10 laps or more, then you can adjust the output voltage. Because the factory default output voltage is 17V.
2.Module output terminal string has a current sampling resistor, there will be 0-0.2V voltage drop after connected to the load, it is a normal phenomenon.

There are no instructions included, but its fairly easy to figure out (see attached image). To change to constant amp mode, you must set the voltage all the way up. You can't limit voltage and amperage at the same time.
Although it has a display, it would be pretty difficult to mount it in a finished looking product because a) the screen is lower than the capacitors and pots b) you need a small screw driver to adjust the settings c) the buttons are even lower than the screen
The case assembly was easy enough and amusing. The voltages are pretty dang close when I use my multimeter so I didn't bother with calibrating it. It does everything I need!
The board with the case came with case, screws, and a heat-sink.
I used slightly longer screws to attach these through M3 threaded holes in a metal power supply distribution box sold for CCTV applications.
**edit** I attached pictures of the purpose of this device - powering LEDs on an R/C truck
Understand that you must be fluent in Chinglish to understand said instructions, and they only give you an idea on how to operate the device. I actually stumbled upon it while frantically pushing buttons and turning screws. Now the device puts out a steady 3.3V to drive the LED lights I'm mounting on my Tamiya Blackfoot.
Only purchase if you're the persistent type.
