There’s a decent amount of risk when purchasing an item like this on the internet- there’s a variety of reviews that show you the good, bad, and the ugly. Before you know it, you’re worried that the product isn’t going to hold up. I’m really happy to say that this is THE iPad case to purchase for your iPad. I needed a case slim enough to fit everywhere yet something to hold up while I write and take notes. The case snapped on beautifully while covering all the necessary parts with precision cutouts for your charging cord, camera lens, headphone jack, and speakers.

The picture provided online doesn’t do the actual color of the case much justice. The pink sheen of the flap is soft, pretty to look at, and not overwhelming or tacky to where I just want to hide it all day. There’s a slight sheen to the front cover so it is even prettier to look at/cover the iPad. The back part of the case is a muted pink that falls more on the dusty pink/rose side, but it complements the entire case.

The flap and magnetism work well. It holds up my iPad whether I write notes or watch a video on it. The sleep/wake function works as well as it should when you open and close the flap.

As for protection, this isn’t your military-grade case where it’ll protect your iPad when you chuck it from the top of the Empire State Building nor will it survive a shark attack. However, for the majority of users, it’s safe to say that as long as your are careful with your device, then this case will protect it from the usual dings and scratches that affect many devices.

Overall, this is a great case. I am so glad that I purchased this case, because it stands out in simplicity, quality, and value amongst all other cases here on Amazon. This is one purchase I do not regret!

I do love this case. I have tried several other brands, and this is the best one to date. It's slim, but it has some bulk to it, so it's very protective, not like a smart cover. The color is beautiful - I bought the Rose Gold. I love that it covers the sound buttons and the power button, so they aren't exposed to dust and dirt. The cut outs for the camera and the speakers are perfect - not too big and not too small, and they are accurate. The case is very snug and fits beautifully (I am assuming the people that are saying it doesn't fit managed to get a defective case, or they are using a different size iPad.) The cover works very nicely to prop up the iPad in horizontal position. The material is easy to clean on the outside, and the inside is very soft and protective. The reasons I gave this 4 stars instead of 5: The cover, when you fold it back, doesn't meet the iPad exactly, and I am constantly adjusting it. Not a huge problem. My major problem is that as beautifully as this is made, it doesn't cover the inner part of the iPad. (See photo.) When you open the cover, the side of the iPad where the front meets the back is totally exposed. Again, it's not a big deal breaker, but I wish they had made the inner cover wrap completely around the iPad for more protection when the cover is bent back. Overall, I would really recommend this cover.

This is the second one I have purchased for my iPad. The cover folds completely around to the back, making it convenient to hold iPad like a book while reading or to prop it up tent fashion. The first one lasted about 5 years, then frayed on the edges. This cover attaches easily to your iPad, and stays put. Good assortment of colors to choose from also.
